She was born on July 9th 1945 in Chicago Illinois to Margaret Violet Blomgren and Francis Xavior Semerau.
Monica graduated from Schurz High school, Chicago Illinois.
She was single her entire life and had a special/loving relationship with Phil Clark.
Monica worked in Chicago and after moving to the Tampa Bay area she continued her enjoyment in the food industry.
She enjoyed the interaction with people in her working and social life. She had a love for Crochet and became a Crochet Crafter. She made numerous crochet pieces for family and friends. She was very generous in contributions for “First Responders”. She had a special love for “Man’s Best Friend”. Finally, Monica grew up with Epilepsy and despite this hardship she was a very loving, caring and a supportive family member.
She is survived by 3 nieces and 1 nephew; Kellie Semerau, Steve Semerau, Michelle Cardenas and Kimberly Janowiak. Monica’s Sister Janet Janowiak and Brother Timothy Semerau are deceased.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, 1/6/24 at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo Fl.
