Murray M. Schwartz of Largo, FL., a long time Syracuse resident, passed away this week due to long time aftereffects of a stroke suffered several years ago. A graduate of Syracuse University and its College of Law, in addition to his private practice, was Corporation Counsel for the City of Syracuse. He was a confidential clerk for the New York State Supreme Court, and a senior policy analyst for the New York State Legislature. Funeral arrangements are in Largo. He is survived by his wife, Gladys, and daughter Karen Hansen and husband Peter, sons Stephen and wife Kung, Richard and wife Dawn, and Robert and wife Suzanne, 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
