Patricia M. Krzysko

Patricia was born on February 19, 1938, in Johnstown, PA, to George Pavic and Helen (Skufca) Pavic. She graduated from Conemaugh High School and later married Ronald J. Krzysko. She worked in banking and retail for many years.

Faith and music were at the heart of Patricia's life. She was a former member of Sacred Heart Parish in Conemaugh, PA, and Annunciation BVM Parish in McSherrystown, PA, where she served at both locations as a professional organist for more than 40 years. Most recently, she was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church in Largo, FL. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge in Hanover, PA, and in Largo, FL.

Patricia's passions were many: playing the piano, cooking, theater, and above all, horticulture. Her love of nature and plants was surpassed by none.

She is survived by her children, Kristina Dabbs (John), Karla Kucera, Kimberly Manuli, Kurt Krzysko, and Kevin Krzysko (Connie); her grandchildren, Jennifer Herfel (Daniel), Shana Carradine (Chris), Konnor Krzysko, and Kortni Krzysko; and her great-grandchild, Lillian. She is also survived by her brothers, Donald Pavic (Mary Ann) and Thomas Pavic (Pam); her sister-in-law, Kathy Pavic; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends, especially Leo.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Patricia will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Conemaugh, PA.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Patricia's memory by paying her kindness forward. Plant a tree, buy a houseplant, or help someone in need. These were the things that brought Patricia joy, and the family hopes an act of kindness will remind us all of her loving soul.
