Paul -
I was so shocked and saddened to learn that you had passed away. Only this morning I googled you to reconnect. What a terrible shock. We met at Xerox training many years ago in Virginia, and hit it off right away. I remember the great times and laughs that we had, and visiting with you and your family in Florida. I am so sorry that you are gone now. Rest in Peace Paul.

Paul, I can't begin to tell you how much you'll be missed, but anyone reading this will know how that goes. You and I shared many fantastic times together and laughed all the time. Everyone who has ever met you says that you were the life and soul of all parties and gatherings. I have to agree that whenever we were together or whenever you were in the room there would have been laughter and fun had by all.
Debs and I can never thank you enough for everything you did for us during our time in Florida and we will never get the chance to say thank you properly, but I know you know how much we appreciated everything you did and the great times we had together.
We will take special care of Alex and Linzi and make sure that they have someone to turn to should they ever need it. However, because you knew so many people and had so many friends, they may never get to us through the crowds of people offering to help first. They do know though that Debs and I will always be there for them no matter what.
I love you, Buddy and wish we could share "one for the frog" one more time. You will always be in my heart and never far away from my thoughts. Always remebered, never forgotten.

Daddy, Words can't even explain how much I miss you!! I still cant believe this has happened to you, you were the strongest person I know. I still think that your going to call me on thursday or sunday and everything will be okay. It means so much to read all of the people whose lives you  have touched entries. I am so blessed to have had you as my father and the memories that we shared. This past week has been really difficult but tonight is the first night I am by myself and its a little tough. You were the person that I called when I was upset to get "Positive Paul's" cheer up speech. Your friends, teammates and the family have been so wonderful this past 10 days. We have been sharing stories and memories about you and not one of them is sad. You were an one of a kind person and I know that you touched every single persons life who you met (maybe not all appreciate it, the Soccer boys and Karate boys) but you did. Dad, you really lived life to the fullest. I know you will always be with me, watching over me, and protecting me. There will never be a day that goes by that I will not think of you. I know I was your little Linzola and I can just hear you calling me that over and over with your accent. I love you so much always and forever.

Aylesey,  my everlasting memory of you will be your humour and how much fun we always had. Doing the London to Brighton walk ( we started from Merstham though!!!) and you giving us a blast of 'Lets hear it for the boy' every mile or so. Part of the reason i loved a Saturday day shift every few weeks at the pub,was because I very often got to enjoy the company of Paul at some point in the day.His smile,laugh voice,sense of humour and general lovliness truly brightened up my day.Tomorrow will be the last of these shifts for me,when I spend the day in the company of his equally as lovely family.We will be sure to set up an extra pint of Guinness at the bar for a good friend who will be greatly missed,not just by me but by the rest of the staff at Flanagans.Rest in peace Paul.PS-thanx for the big storm on Thursday.With every crack of thunder I thought that you were just letting us know your weren't going to go without a fight.(So British) XX :)

Paul, you were one of a kind. You always made happy hour and Bucs tailgating fun and interesting. I will always remember the fun times we shared with the boys.

This was so sad and yet so sudden to hear of Paul's passing.  Although I knew Paul for a short time, he made a huge impression.  He was a great guy and excellent representative of Xerox.  I send my condolences to the Ayles family and I am so sorry for your loss.

I was pauls trainee at xerox in the UK. We used to have so many laughs together and I brought him here on the infamous holiday to florida for his first visit to the usa where he met his future wife. He was a great character loved by everyone.

I was sad to hear about Paul. I played pick-up games at Madiera Beach with him and spent many an evening with him over the years at our weekly lodge meetings. I will truly miss not seeing him again and his great personality. My heart goes out to his family.              Brian DeBord

I met Paul playing soccer in Largo many years ago.
Over the years we were teammates and adversaries on the pitch, he was strong, skilful, and dedicated, all the attributes you want in a teammate, in sports and in life.

Paul and I met a while back.  He was always sincere and enjoyable to be with.  We played one game together, shared some beer, and shared of love of the game.  My prayers are out to his family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul over a week of work training in VA. I couldnt have enjoyed his company more. Great accent, great personality, just an all around great guy! You will be missed Paul!

Paul and I collided a few years back at Largo (much Like Mark Geogiades), that seemed to be Pauls mo to find out what kind of man you were... I was excited to hear that he was going to be on the over 50s team because I knew what kind of man he was...tough, talented and fair.

I had the great pleasure of working with Paul for the past year or so on an order for the Orlando Sentinel. I know that Paul would be proud to know that we finally got this order due to his hard work, diligence and efforts. I will miss Paul in the future and I will not be in the Orlando area without thinking of him.

Paul you were a great friend, a person who truly cared of others.  You were always there for us. You will be greatly missed.

It was indeed a pleasure to work side by side with Paul for 3 years. We shared hardships, successes and many laughs. With a keen wit, he had a special way of putting a smile on everybodys face around him regardless of circumstances. An exceptional guy. Miss you buddy & thank you for your friendship. I played football on teams against Paul and more recently had the privilege of being his teammate. It was a lot easier being his teammate. He was always a fierce competitor and a team player and I'll miss him. My condolences to his family.

You were a genuine man. I miss your voice on our daily conference calls or at least someone trying to do your voice! The Lord always takes the good ones first buddy.

I remember very well the first time I ever met Paul. We were playing largo and I had the task of defending Paul. It was an experience I will never forget,it was like being run over by a truck. He knocked me flat on my butt,then helped me up and said good job mate. Nice guy and great soccer player,he will be missed.
