Jennings, Richard S., 89 of Seminole FL. formerly of Forked River, NJ passed away Thursday February 16. He was born in Elizabeth, NJ and moved to Florida in 2006. He was a member of St. Jerome’s Church. He is predeceased by his wife, Marion McConnell Jennings. He is survived by two sons, Brian Patrick and wife Carol and Richard T. and his wife Patricia, both of Seminole, and daughter Peggy and her husband Robert Kane of Rahway, NJ, five grandchildren, Michael, Alison, Kelly, Nancy and Christopher, and five great grandchildren. Richard was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Marine Corps in the South Pacific campaigns. He was employed by Exxon USA for 42 years retiring as the Safety and Fire Director at the Bayway Refinery in Linden, NJ. The family will receive friends 5-8pm Monday at the Moss Feaster Funeral Home-Serenity Gardens Chapel, 13401 Indian Rocks Rd., Largo FL. A mass of the resurrection will be offered at 1:00pm on Tuesday at St. Jerome’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
