

Scott was the beloved son of Roseann O. Felger and Edward H. Felger; a loving and supportive brother to Mark E. Felger and Susan L. Blahowicz (James S. Blahowicz); and a proud and devoted uncle to Jacob, Rhiannon, Lexi, Dayna, and Ava.
Known for his selflessness, honor, generosity, and honesty, Scott always put the needs of his family before his own. Family was the center of his life, and he took great pride in supporting and caring for those he loved. His kindness, dependability, and quiet strength touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Scott dedicated more than 25 years of service to Raymond James, where he was respected as an exceptional employee and valued colleague. His integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence earned the admiration of coworkers and friends alike.
Outside of work, Scott was passionate about running and cycling. He completed multiple marathons and participated in fundraising events benefiting those affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, reflecting his generous spirit and desire to help others.
Scott also held a special place in his heart for his hometown of Buffalo, where he was born and spent the first 30 years of his life. He remained a loyal and enthusiastic fan of the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Sabres, proudly supporting his hometown teams throughout his life.
Scott will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to family, his generosity toward others, and the dignity and grace with which he lived his life. His legacy of love, loyalty, and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
