I sadly just learned of Steve's passing. He was a great guy. There are so many wonderful  things to say about Steve. I affectionately called him " Pooky Steve" as a joke to soften him up if we wanted something and most specifically when I thought he needed a new couch more appropriate for his gorgeous place on the beach.  Steve was brillant, kind and he adored his family and life to the fullest.  I will forever remember the great times, the ribs you made me and all the memories on the Gulf...

I'll never forget the 3 years working for Steve when he was the VP Sales at Houston Cellular.   Never a dull moment!   He thought big, he drove us to better results, and most importantly, he loved getting to know our families!   He drove the big Caddy, loved big Cigars, loved his Volunteers, and especially loved Alice, Kristin and Dave!   So sad to hear about his passing, but will always remember him with good thoughts!

I’m surprised by Steve’s passing. He was a mentor to me and I loved working with him. My condolences to Alice and his family. Great guy who lived life to its fullest.  I will be forever grateful for all he did for me. Rest In Peace my friend and god bless to his family. 

Steve was an encouraging, helpful, generous and supportive  man. I had the pleasure of meeting him and his wife over five years ago and admired how they both worked so lovingly with each other. I have so many wonderful memories and will be forever grateful for the opportunity to have been acquainted with him and Alice. 
This is what I think of when I hear his name…a man who was still deeply in love with his wife and a man who loved and was so proud of his family. 
I’ll see you at the banquet table with our Lord and Savior. 

I will miss my talks with Steve and seeing him and Alice driving around the complex. I remember Steve for his ability to sell you anything but also be genuine in what he was saying. I will remember him for is directness and compassion when he spoke as well as his ability to listen. Even though we did not see each very often, but when we did and had time to talk, we would discuss things heartfelt. Rest in peace Steve and know you are missed by me!! 

Mindy and I are so sorry to hear of the passing of Steven. He and Alice were wonderful to work with. Our prayers are with Alice and the family. 

We miss him already.  We have known eachother since 2009 and what started out as a business relationship quickly transformed into a long and meaningful friendship.  He was a great friend with the kindest and biggest heart.  He was brilliant and had such a good business acumen and did so much for the GV community.  We are forever grateful to him for all of his hard work and dedication. 

Alice and Kristen, our hearts go out to you and your family with our deepest condolences. 

RIP our dear friend.  You will always be fondly remembered.  It was an honour and a privilege.

This guy the day I met him never stopped smiling . His personality is so marvelous that anyone who ever met Steve will absolutely never forget that voice of control and personality that draws you so close .
I never had the opportunity to spend alot of time with him but the time God gave me I cherish with all my heart he is a true and marvelous guy.

Kristen I remember your dad at Friends Giving, he was smiling, kind and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves, I'll never forget his generosity. He's a great man and I know he is in heaven right now and so proud of you and your mom.

Your dad was kind hearted with a quiet humor and a welcoming spirit. He made the best Thanksgiving stuffing and was kind enough to share the recipe with me. It is still, hands down, my favorite stuffing recipe. ❤


I remember your mom and dad would come to school and help you set up your classroom.  His adoration of you and your mom was obvious to anyone that came by.  I hope you find comfort in knowing how much he loved you.
