Susan Marie Munson, age 77, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2022. Susan was born on June 13, 1945, in Kingsport, Tennessee. She had been a resident of Largo, Florida, for a number of years. She was Lutheran. She was preceded in death by her parents Luther S. and Katherine H. Munson, also, of Largo; other family members and many close friends. She is survived by her sister, Jane (Randy) Crass; brother, Don Munson; nephew, Chris (Jennifer) Davis; nieces, Susan H. Munson, Melissa Crass and Deborah Redfield; great nieces and a great nephew. Also, special friend, Marilou Watson.
Susan graduated from the University of South Florida. Most of her professional career was spent at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc. in various management positions.
Susan was a lifelong dog lover and had many dogs over the years. In the past few years, all the dogs belonging to family members became her special pets. She had pictures of them and loved to hear stories about them.
