Thomas G. Iaquinta of Seminole passed away on June 12 at the age of 79. Mr. Iaquinta was born in New York City on June 10, 1942 to the late Patrick and Virginia Iaquinta. After graduating college, Mr. Iaquinta served in the Army and then went to work for the New York Daily News attaining the title of Vice President and General Manager. He later moved to Florida in retirement
Anyone who knew Mr. Iaquinta, knew that he was an avid golfer, fisherman and loved being in the outdoors. He would often mention, on an unsolicited basis, that he held an undefeated record against his children on the golf course and shot his age (78) last year. He also enjoyed playing the guitar and banjo.
Mr. Iaquinta is predeceased by his wife Lynne. He is survived by his beloved partner Linda, his four children Patrick (Dana), Daniel (Nicole), Michael (Carey), Virginia along with seven grand children Kyle, Lindsay, Sam, Caitlin, Hannah, Maggie, and Cooper. Also, he is survived by his three siblings Patricia, David and Virginia.
