Originally from Chicago, where he graduated from North Park Theological Seminary and enjoyed a brief career in law enforcement, he found his true calling in Georgia and Florida, first in the public sector, then in the private sector, working to improve our nation's transportation and utility infrastructure. After retiring in 2005, he turned much of his attention to his great love of animals, some of whom became dear friends to him.
Known for his intelligence and humor, Victor was a passionate, gregarious man — often generous, always helpful and kind — who enjoyed his life thoroughly and on his terms. His laughter will forever echo in our hearts.
Victor is survived by his wife Roberta, his daughter Farrah, and his son Christopher, and a host of grandchildren and extended family, all of whom will miss him dearly and remember him joyfully.
