Adelaide Carrillo Cabrera passed away peacefully in her home June 3, 2022. She was born March 13, 1923, in Tehachapi, California to parents Leandro Carrillo and Merejilda Hernandez-Carrillo-Delgado. She lived most of her life in Las Vegas, Nevada where she raised a family and enjoyed tending to her beloved cactus garden.
Adelaide is survived by her children, Mercedes Fernandez, Robert Cabrera (Gloria), Arthur Cabrera (Lynne), Rosalind Burr, and Gilbert Cabrera (Dianna), as well as fourteen Grandchildren, twenty-three Great Grandchildren, twenty-three Great-Great Grandchildren, and one Great-Great-Great Grandchild.
Adelaide was preceded in death by her husband Jesus Cabrera and her brothers Tony Carrillo, Fernando Lopez, and Joseph Hernandez.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022, 8:00 am at Palm Eastern 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89123. Services begin at 10:00 am, interment at 11:00 am with a reception to follow.
