Alice Susan Gibson

Alice Susan Gibson, 60, a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, went to heaven on April 21, 2012 at the St. Rose Hospital San Martin. Alice was born on April 26, 1951 in Glendale, California to George and Marion Alston. Her surviving siblings are Linda, Joanne, and Debbie. In April 1995, Alice graduated from Kelsey Jenny College and that started her career as a Legal Secretary before she retired in 2007. On August 11,1997 Alice married her soul mate and prince charming, Samuel Gibson. Alice enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved music and singing. Alice was a survivor of pancreatic cancer, which was very rare. She was a fighter and beat pancreatic cancer in 2006-2007. Alice is survived by her husband Samuel Gibson; her three daughters Jennifer, Shelly and Michele; and her six grandchildren Jasmine, Haeley, Matthieu, Brandon, Jaden, and Nathen, who all brought so much joy and many smiles to her life. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to the St. Rose Hospital San Martin - ICU department.

A memorial service and reception will be held at the Palm Mortuary on May 19, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
