Amanda Jordan Skelton, 24, a beloved daughter, sister, family member, and friend was called home to be with our Heavenly Father March 16, 2011. MandaJo, as she was affectionately known, was born Sept. 29, 1986 in Las Vegas, where she was a lifetime resident. A 2004 graduate of CSN High School, she attended UNR, where she worked at the school paper. She is survived by her mother, Heather; father, Russell; brother, Tyler; grandparents, Lon and Lenora Kilmer; Linda (Chris) Scott; Sydney Wertsbaugh, all of Las Vegas; great-grandpa, Kilmer of McMinnville, Ore.; and a loving extended family. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her, including her furry friends, Rover and Roxy. A celebration of Manda's life will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, at Central Christian Church in Henderson.
