Art’s passion was off-road racing. He dedicated the past 38 years to ensure the safety of all drivers and co-drivers as the Tech and Safety Inspector.
As a burn survivor, Art’s other mission in life was to be an advocate for fire safety. He volunteered to teach “stop, drop and roll” to kids of all ages.
Art is survived by his wife of 35 years, Suzanna; son Guy; daughter Ivy Rose; daughter-in-law Luz; son-in-law Jacob; three beautiful grandchildren Amber, Andre and Quinn; as well as an endless amount of extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 8:00am – 11:00am followed by a funeral service from 11:00am – 12:00pm; all services will be held at Palm Eastern Mortuary.
