Arthur "Artie" Berger, 84, a retired jeweler and former owner of the Gold Factory Jewelers at the Fashion Show Mall of Las Vegas, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2013. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on August 6,1929 and was a Southern Nevada resident for over 60 years.. He was a member of Congregation Ner Tamid. He was pre-deceased by his son, Joel Scott. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Natalie of Las Vegas; daughter, Pam Lellouche of Henderson; son, Stuart (Jodi) of Las Vegas; brother, Ralph (Brenda) of Henderson; five grandchildren, Jeremy, Austin, Lauren, Noah and Shayna. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Monday, December 9, 2013 at Palm Mortuary Downtown, 1325 N. Main Street and burial will follow at 2:00PM at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1500 N. Las Vegas Blvd . The family request that memorial donations be made to the American Lung Association. King David Memorial Chapel made the arrangements.
