Arthur Eugene Deerheim

Art was born on November 11, 1943, in Ritzville, Washington, to Ruth Gross and Fred Deerheim. He graduated from Sprague, Washington and went on to work for the City of Spokane as a Water Specialist until he retired.

One of Art's greatest passions was landscaping with his longtime partner, Roger, who preceded him in death in 2002.

He later relocated to Las Vegas were he was actively involved in the community.

Art was also preceded in death by his parents, Ruth and Fred Deerheim and his sister, Linda Stokoe.

He is survived by his brother-in-law, Dick Stokoe; his nephew Rick and his wife Shari Stokoe and nephew Leonard and his wife Marcia Stokoe; and their families, who will remember him with love and affection.

Art will be remembered for his quiet strength, his dedication to his work, his love for Rodger and the kindness he shared with those who knew him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
