Bernice K Kerr

She was born July 10, 1926 in Belize to George and Adelaide Wade. She found her soul mate and partner for life at the age of 89, when she married Herman Young. High School sweethearts who went their separate ways to later reconnect 70 years later and spend the remainder of the lives together.

Bernice traveled from Belize to Guatemala, New York to Chicago eventually calling Las Vegas, Nevada her home. She would manage several gift shops on the famous Las Vegas Blvd before eventually turning her efforts into raising her grandchildren and eventually great grandchildren.

There was nothing more that Bernice loved more than her family. With a heart of gold and a smile that could light up a room she will truly be missed. Having lived a full and blessed life she is survived by her husband, Herman; her daughter Leslie Sharp; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren whom all live in Las Vegas, and brought great joy to her life.
