Bonifacia Manuel Paez

Paz was born on June 5, in Angat Bulacan, to Ildefonso and Lutgarda. Paz built a life centered on family, faith, strength, and giving to others through her love of cooking and providing delicious food for all. Paz loved to sew, cook, complete word puzzles, play cards, and she was a generous customer. Pazʻs greatest joy came from caring for the people around her and creating a home where everyone felt welcomed, supported, and deeply loved.

Paz moved to Las Vegas in 1975 and will be remembered for her kind generosity, warm humor, and beautiful spirit. Like many Filipino Moms and Lolas, she showed her love not only through her words but through the meals she worked to prepare to make you full, the sacrifices she made for her family, and the countless ways she was thoughtful of other's needs. Pazʻs love reached across generations and created memories that her family and friends will carry with them always.

Paz was especially proud of her family and found great happiness in watching her children and grandchildren thrive. Through her generous spirit, Paz taught those around her the importance of family, perseverance, compassion, and giving freely from the heart.

Paz is survived by her loving husband, [Ramon], her children, [Kristy, Emil, Virgil, Espie, Butch]; her grandchildren, [Meegan, David, Daniel, Gladys, Morgan, Ana, Isaac, Ethan, Ella]; her great grandchildren [Hailey (Sky), Grady, Owen] her siblings, [Oscar, Susan, Baby, Ildefonso]; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Our hearts are heavy; we are grateful for the beautiful life Paz built and shared with us. Pazʻs strength, kindness, laughter, and love will continue to live on in every person who she nurtured, the traditions she passed down, and the many lives she touched.

A funeral service celebrating Paz’s life will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026. Join us 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for viewing, 3:00 pm to 4 pm service at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 South Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89123.
