Carl George Boraiko

Carl was born in Ruskin, Florida, and lived much of his life in Rockford, Illinois, with his wife Lillian and their 5 children. Lillian passed away in 1990.

Carl was a graduate of the Florida Military Academy and a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII. He was a successful restauranteur and real estate syndicator. In 1993 he retired to Las Vegas, Nevada, and in 2000 married Carol Ann Armato, mother of 4 children from a former marriage.

Carl is survived by his wife Carol; daughters Lynda (Michael) Messman, Barbara (Tom, deceased) Schweppe, and Carla (Michael) Brady; sons George (Karen) Boraiko and Carl J. Boraiko; stepdaughter Ann Armato; stepson Joel Armato; twelve grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He is predeceased by his wife Lillian (Stout); brothers Ben, Joe, Alex, and Raymond; sisters Laura, Mildred, and Frances (Noble); and stepsons Alex and Jim Armato.
