Carolyn Lou Kirk, 66, a retired Social Security Administration Supervisor, of Henderson, Nevada passed away on Monday, September 9, 2013. She was born April 15, 1947 in St. Joseph, Missouri, and was a resident of Nevada for over 11 years. Carolyn was an avid reader and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her son, William Spencer (Jennifer) Kirk; grandchildren, William Giuliano Kirk and Claire Joanna Kirk; brother, Carrolton (Becky) Spencer; sister-in-law, Alice (John) Craven. Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Friday, September 13, at King David Chapel (Palm S. Eastern) with funeral service following at 1:30 p.m. Burial at Palm Eastern Cemetery to follow.
