She was born on January 5, 1947, her mother’s name was Clara Hansen; she married Paul Segovia back in the Philippines and had one son, Pauljohn Segovia.
Catherine graduated college at University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. Catherine loved Elvis Presley and loved to dance and mingle with friends and family. Her most favorite part in life was being a mother and took pride in doing so; she was also an amazing grandmother who did homework every day because she said education was one of the most important parts in life aside from God and family and she meant it.
Her laugh was so contagious that when she laughed, everyone with her would start laughing.
Her smile was so genuine that you would melt when she smiled at you. She loved Red Lobster and Jollibee and eating shrimp at Boiling Crab.
She is survived by her son Pauljohn Segovia; her grandchildren Tristan Segovia, Malakye Segovia and Sky Segovia; and great-grandchild Zaya Segovia, all of whom live in Las Vegas, Nevada and brought great joy to her later years.
A Memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on April 2, 2019, at Palm Eastern Mortuary.
