Celestino Martinez Herrera, age 82, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2025. He was born in Durango, Mexico on August 20, 1942. He married Amalia Cazares on November 30, 1968. Celestino was a great, son, brother, husband, father and grandfather. Now he rests in peace with his wife Amalia Martinez.
Celestino is survived by his children, Laura Martinez, Martin Martinez and Amelia Martinez; daughter-in- law, Luz Maria Martinez, grandchildren, Asael Martinez and Ximena Martinez.
A visitation for Celestino will be held Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Palm Mortuary - Eastern, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 1901 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89104. A committal service will occur Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
