Charito Thomas Cabrera

Beloved husband to Emily Cabrera, loving father to Glenn Cabrera, caring father-in-law to Judy Cabrera, cherished grandfather to Jayden and Kai Cabrera, adored son to the late Efigenio & Angelita Cabrera, loyal brother to Cesar Cabrera, Werlina Encarnado, Ruben Cabrera, Adelaida Aguilan, and Junior Cabrera, affectionate uncle to his nephews and nieces, and dear friend to many.

Charito worked for Novartis - Ciba Vision for 36 years. He was a Mr. Fix-it and loved taking on projects around the house. Charito also loved his sports, going to the gym, and trips to the casino. He was a warm-hearted man who also enjoyed the company of his family and friends. Charito will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In compliance with COVID-19 rules/regulations, a small burial will take place at 1:00 p.m. PST on Saturday, April 25 at Palm Eastern Mortuary & Cemetery, 7600 S. Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV, 89123.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be announced at a later date.

I’M FREE

Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free.

I’m following the path God laid for me.

I took his hand when I heard Him call.

I turned my back and left it all.

Good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch.

God wanted me now; He set me free.
