I think of you, dear Charlie, and your Christmas call each New Year.  I miss you kind friendship.

One year ago, you left us to join our dear Lord in in the Heavenly Kingdom but My mind still talks to you
                              My heart still looks for you
                             But my soul knows you are at peace

Charlie was so proud of his boys, and he never failed to express his gratitude to those who helped them to advance their skills, scholastically or athletically.  He was a stern taskmaster with the boys, but he taught them perseverance, gave them confidence, and loved them fiercely.  He was also an active member of Resurrection parish choir which was funny because he couldn't really sing.  And yet, he enjoyed the involvement, and the camaraderie.


Charlie, you were a lot of things to many people.  Your warm and caring personality touched those who were in need through your leadership. Many received your generosity not only through material support but through your accepting attitude towards others.  We, Lindo and Auring, felt your inclusive friendly manners throughout the years whenever we were invited to participate in many of your sponsored activities. We always felt we belonged when we helped and attended ICCC activities. You lived your life to the fullest which we appreciate and will remember in our hearts. You're a model of self confidence and positivity. Rest in peace, Charlie.


So many memories:  Charlie singing in the choir at Resurrection Church; Charlie sharing his investment strategies; building the pool for his boys; his pride in all of his boys; his wonderful laugh and his trust in God throughout his tragic losses of his Queen Bee and his youngest boy Mike; his unwavering support of President Trump and our daily messaging on Facebook throughout the past year; his thoughtful phone calls on Easter and the first day of school each year to share his love of life in Las Vegas with his dear Aty and to reminisce about the interaction of our lives; his kindness, and his gracious generosity as we planned to visit when Covid-19 passed.  We will miss dear Charlie.

I will always remember your smile and laugh. You were always ready to have a good time and made our family events more lively. I will cherish the time we spent visiting Las Vegas during Jamie’s basketball tournaments. My boys and I will always remember how you took them to the Circus Circus, the Silverton to see the big fish tank and mermaid, and Bass Pro Shops. We always looked forward to our few days with you and Naty.  May you Rest In Peace now. We will miss you and your lively spirit!  We love you. -your “favorite” niece Karen (sorry Grace)

My dearest best friend rock and soulmate..we’ve shared 25 great years. Life has been challenging at times . We’ve had some sorrows and tons of joys. I have enjoyed every minute of my life with you. I thank the Almighty Lord and Pope John Paul ll for bringing us together. God has taken you because He has other plans for but in the meantime enjoy singing with choirs of angels. I love you and I will miss you so much but you will forever be in my heart. Till we meet again. Rest In Peace my love❤️😍
