She was born June 10, 1952 in Fresno, California to Ellis Wavey Evans and Juanita Lambert. She has two brothers Mike Evans and Bradley Miller. She was married to Hugh Knutson on December 31, 1994, here in Las Vegas.
Charlotte was an entrepreneur of owning businesses in collectables, screen printing and fashion. She loved going on trips, watching concerts, seeing humpback whales, and watching Nascar and movies.
She is survived by her husband Hugh (JR) Knutson; her children Hugh Knutson Jr., Logan Hartz, Johnet Knutson, Matthew Knutson; and grandchildren Eric and Karli Knutson.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Wildlife Federation (WWF).
The funeral service will be held at 9:00am, March 12, 2021 at Palm Eastern Mortuary.
