

After surviving the hardships of war, he immigrated to the United States in 1981 in pursuit of a better future. Mr. Chier was blessed with two marriages and a beautiful family.
Mr. Chier was a business owner who sold fabric and was known for his hard work and entrepreneurial spirit. He enjoyed dancing, listening to music, playing basketball, reading, and sharing dim sum with family and friends. He also had a special love for sweets.
Mr. Chier had a wonderful sense of humor and loved making people laugh. Whether through his jokes, playful personality, or witty remarks, he brought joy to those around him and could always brighten a room with his smile.
Mr. Chier was a devoted Christian and lived his faith every day through his actions and the way he treated others. He led with love, compassion, kindness, and grace, touching the lives of everyone who knew him. He was a truly genuine soul whose warmth, generosity, and caring spirit made people feel welcomed and valued. His unwavering faith and warm heart were an inspiration to his family, friends, and community, and his legacy of love will continue to live on in those he leaves behind.
Above all, Mr. Chier was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who cherished his family. He is survived by his daughters, Vanna and Cassie; his granddaughters, Jennifer and Victoria; and his great-grandchildren, Katherine, Ezra, and Caleb. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
