Christian Angel Candelario, 25 years old, was born in Sylmar, California and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Christian Angel passed away on February 13, 2016 after a long battle with depression. "Angel", as we all called him, was a curious, funny, and lovable young man who was also bright and endearing. Everyone who knew him couldn't resist his charm and his laughter was always contagious. Angel loved music, being silly, dancing and acting goofy and childlike. He had a fashion style all his own and a smile that lit up the room. He loved being with family, friends, and always had a kind heart. He was someone who always saw the good in people and never held a grudge. His life was his family and his only daughter, Lilian. He and Lilian had a special bond from the very beginning. All he ever wanted was to be the best father he could be. They shared many moments together and she took great pride in her daddy. He always said, "Bellita, the queen of my love-she is my world," and although their time together was cut short, he'll always be in her heart. His mother, Lorena, was a mother who was always there for Angel— through struggles, sorrow, pain and joy. Gina, his sister, and brother, Jesse, have always had a special bond and valued family. His family will forever feel his loss but will rely on each other to go on living and make a life for themselves with Angel in their hearts. Grandmother, "Mami Geno", was a constant in his life from the time he was born and always had a prayer to help guide him. While Angel honored the memory of his father, Kevin, his stepfather, showed great compassion and love to the very end. Angel is survived by his daughter, Lilian; his mother, Lorena Candelario; brother and sister, Jesse and Gina Candelario; stepfather, Kevin Futch; and grandmother, Genoveva Franco. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to a fund for his daughter, Lilian. A funeral service will be held from 10:00 to 2:00 p.m. on February 19, 2016 at Palm Eastern Mortuary followed by a burial at 2:00 p.m. at Palm Eastern Cemetery.
