Chris, I will never forget you. You pop into my mind randomly over the years , mostly when I think of Vegas and when I look at the shaymin Pokémon plushie you won for me at an arcade and sent it to me all the way in Houston. I still have it 13 years later. We were internet friends back then and wrote a few actual letters to send in the mail to each other but never met in real life. We were good friends and it still saddens me to know you were taken so soon. RIP. Till we meet in heaven.

I first met Chris in the seventh grade at school. Chris was a great friend and I always remember him smiling, and I will always remember him that way. Words can not begin to express what I feel at this loss. Myself, being a friend of his and experiencing such a strong reaction to this unfortunate news, can not even begin to imagine what his parents and siblings must be going through. My prayers go out to you. I know that these words might not mean much, especially when facing something so unspeakable, but I want you to know that you are in my prayers.
