Clarice Katzman-Dobbing (née DuVal), 72, of Henderson, Nevada, passed away June 6, 2013 after a valiant year-long battle with cancer. She was born July 28, 1940 in Green Bay, Wisconsin and moved to New York City in 1970 to begin a 30-year career as a manager with S. Klein and Alexander's retail stores.
In 1996, she moved to Henderson with her husband, William Katzman, who passed away in 2002. She loved the Las Vegas area where she enjoyed dancing, shopping for bargains, creating decorations for the holidays, and indulging her great sense of humor.
She is survived by her husband, William Dobbing; her Green Bay relatives - brothers Raymond, Cleon, and James DuVal and James' wife Sharon; sister Claudette Janus and her children Steve, Melinda, and Julie.
Services will be at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. on June 14, 2013 with visitation at 10:00 am and services beginning at 12:00 noon..
