Crystal Marie Chavez

Crystal Chavez, 41, passed away unexpectedly on July 5, 2026, in Las Vegas, NV. Born on July 14, 1984, in Henderson, NV, to Dennis Chavez and Christina Siddiki, Crystal was a proud 2002 graduate of Basic High School.

Crystal was known for her adventurous, feisty spirit, her relentless work ethic, and her fierce devotion to her family. Her absolute favorite people were her nieces and nephews, who affectionately dubbed her the "cool auntie Crystal." She had a deep love for the outdoors and was happiest when hiking, kayaking, chasing sunsets, or visiting her father’s cabin. Crystal also loved her job and took immense pride in the work she did.

She is survived by her loving parents, Dennis Chavez and Christina Siddiki; stepmother, Patricia Chavez; stepfather, Ayaz Siddiki; and her siblings, Denise Jones, Jennifer Bagwell, Sandra Hackney, Jessica Leon, Dennis Chavez, and Joshua Leon. She also leaves behind her adoring nieces, Jazlyn Cuadra and Ella-Mae Hackney; and her nephews, Hunter Bagwell, Colt Jones, Gregory Hackney, Sebastian Bagwell, Nathan Hackney, Dennis Chavez, Marshall Hackney, Benjamin Cuadra, Jadin Cuadra, and Adriel Flores.

A Funeral Service will be held on July 20, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Palm Mortuary - Eastern, located at 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
