Cynthia Lauren Edmondston

Cynthia Lauren Edmondston, a beloved Mother, Daughter, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, and friend passed away on November 6, 2025, in Henderson, Nevada at the age of 77.

Born on June 25, 1948, in Mississippi to Cora (Liles) Edmondston and William James Edmondston. Cynthia grew up with a spirited Southern heart that she carried with her throughout life. She spent most of her years in Southern California and Southern Utah raising her two children as a single mom before making her final home in Henderson, Nevada.

Cynthia will be remembered for her generous spirit, her quick wit, and her southern hospitality. She had a natural gift for cooking and decorating. Her favorite place to visit during the last years of her life was the Green Valley Ranch Casino where she met new friends and enjoyed her nights of gaming.

She was preceded in death by her Mother, Cora (Liles) Edmondston; her Father, William James Edmondston; her Sister, Ruby Edmondston; and her Brother, Chase Edmondston.

Cynthia is survived and forever cherished by her son and Daughter, Jason and April and her three adored grandchildren, Kai,Kera,and Hannah. She lives on in their hearts and stories and in the love she gave so freely.

A private family gathering will be held to celebrate Cynthia’s beautiful life.

Cynthia leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and hard work that will never fade. She was and always will be deeply loved.
