We were learning to prospect in the Colorado river. We did not find any gold on this trip but Cindy caught “Crawley Crawfish”. We took him home and made him a pet.

Our group were the only ones prosecuting this weekend because it was so dang cold, but if you knew Cindy, you know that she was always up for an adventure!

Although Cindy and I are first cousins she was always like a sister to me. We made it from Texas to her to her high school graduation.

Cindy might have been my cousin but she was an Aunt to me and will always hold a special place in my heart.

I have fond memories of living in Vegas as a kid and her being a big part of my childhood there. As an adult, we bonded over her travels with John and our mutual love of family memories and history.

I am grateful for the quick Vegas trips Neil and I took and had a little time with her and will truly miss you dearly.

John and Seline, I am sorry that we can't be there today. I love you both bunches and am sending you all the hugs I can.

Cindy was instrumental in my life always. She being a much older cousin I looked up to her for her wisdom and bravery. Let’s face it, she was fearless, fearless and just plain FUN! 

Regardless of the distance between us over the years, we were always close. John, I was so grateful that you and Cindy came all the way to  Houston for Scott’s memorial and I am sorry that I cannot be with you now. 
I am truly blessed for Cindy to have been both my friend and family. 
My heart and prayers are with you guys as you remember the contribution that Cindy made to all our lives.

So sorry for this great loss. I wish i couldve visited yall more. Rest in peace Cindy. Say hello to the rest of our family up there.

I remember the lovely Cindi as a happy and hard working member of the Las Vegas Municipal Court. She would always make time to chat and ask how you were and what your family was doing. I recall that she loved her Akita dogs and would sometimes bring them into the courthouse to show them off. Cindi was my friend and, though it has been several years since we said goodbye, I will miss her sweet spirit.
