David Shapiro, 60, a salesman in timeshare, of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday December 13, 2012. He was born January 21, 1952 in Brooklyn, NY, and lived in Las Vegas since 1976. David served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his companion, Adele Carrano of Las Vegas; three sisters, Anne Salus, Laura Shapiro, and Irene (Kenneth) Schwartz, all of Henderson; nephew, Jason Weinman of Henderson; and niece, Shay Tallard of Las Vegas. Funeral services were held at King David Memorial Chapel and burial followed at Palm Valley View Cemetery. The family request that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
