Deann was preceded in death by her companion Jim Grady; father Hyrum Boardman; sister Beverly Lowder; and son DeLynn Slack.
She is survived by her mother Maytha Boardman; sister Karen; brother Robert; sons Tony and Travis; granddaughters Phoenix and Cheyenne; grandson Josh; and great grandkids Brian and Taylor Ann.
She was the best mother three boys could ever ask for, who had a special bond with her granddaughters. She was their role model whom they adored. She had such an influence on everyone she touched. She loved life and everyone in her life. She will be truly missed by everyone that knew her.

There will be a Celebration of Life held in Parowan, UT.
