

Delano “Del” Jose Hadarly was born on July 3, 1946 in Manila, Philippines to Anastacio & Teofila Hadarly. He was the youngest of 3 boys. He immigrated to the US in 1960 and received his citizenship soon after. He is graduated from Las Vegas High School in 1964.
After his two older brothers were drafted in the US Army during the Vietnam War, he decided that he wanted to do his part as well, he enlisted in the US Army in 1965. He did his basic training and A.I.T. in Fort Sill, OK. After basic training he was sent to the 23rd Artillery Group in Phu Loi, Vietnam USARPAC, his older brother Bo was there, Del volunteered to stay in the war zone so his brother would be reassigned. Del served his country proudly and was honorably discharged in 1967.
After the military he found success in the insurance business and worked at Prudential life for many years, won many awards & trips. He was industrious, was very passionate on his beliefs and he set the example to his sons & daughter to work hard for your desires.
He met his future wife, Melanie, in 1976 and married that same year, they were married for 37 years until her death in 2013. They had one daughter, Delaine Kristine, she proceeded him in 2006.
Delano died peacefully surrounded by family on June 20th 2026 at the age of 79. He is survived by his 2nd wife, Maria Lourdes, older brother Siegfried, younger sister Marisa (Todd), sons (from Melanie’s previous marriage) Gino (ChiChit) & Jimmy (Lupe), his grandchildren Adam (Rachel), Max (Gianna), Josh (Amber), Bea (Mark), Faith and his great-grandchildren River, Rain, Jude, Max & Gia.
