I know I shared at the funeral, one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but I feel the need to put something on his page. 

I miss you Daddy, you were my person even though you may not have known it. You were my ride or die as far as the family is concerned and I feel more like the black sheep than I ever have in the past. You weren't supposed to leave me this soon and before we had a chance to build a car together and get you a new place to live and come over to play cards and dominos. I miss you every day and I can't believe you are gone and I'm mad that I have to deal with all this crap that's left behind but sad that I have to do it as well and so  very sorry that you didn't get to enjoy your golden years.

I see you in my dreams and wake up in a paralyzed state when I realize it was just a dream and lay awake till morning thinking of you and how I can possibly do right by you with all that is left undone. We talked and argued and didn't always see eye to eye, but we always knew that at the end of the day, we were ok and I hope to GOD that wasn't one sided as we left a lot unsaid. They say butterflies or birds or some other sign lets the ones left behind know that everything is ok... can you send me a sign, cuz I'm pretty lost down here right now and miss you like crazy.
