

Dung Tran, our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, July 27, 2025 in Henderson, NV at the age of 102 years.
Dung remained a shining example of kindness, grace, and compassion until the very end. She loved her family and friends deeply, and she constantly expressed gratitude for a long life filled with rich and varied experiences.
Born on November 30, 1923, in Sàigòn, Vietnam, Dung lived with warmth, humor, and deep devotion to her family. She was the heart of her home, known for her smile, her love of Vietnamese coffee and bread, and above all, the boundless care she put into raising her children and grandchildren. Dung was a constant presence in their lives—offering guidance, comforting meals, and a home where laughter, learning, and love always came first. Her strength and support shaped generations, and her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she nurtured so deeply.
Dung was preceded by her parents, Trần Tường Dậu and Hà Phước; and her husband, Châu Băo Huê.
She is survived by her six children, Andy, George, Cindy, Kevin, Leah, and Lệ Khanh; nine grandchildren, Robert, Victoria, Jenny, Rachel, Elizabeth, Michael, William, Benjamin, and Jonathan; and her great grandson, Nolan.
A memorial service will be held at Palm Eastern Mortuary-Cemetery on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 12 PM PST.
