Our guide, our rock, always pragmatic, tried and true, attentive, compassionate, our founder, our Alpha has crossed the finished line.

To know him was to love him.

During this difficult time the Gonzalez Savinovich family respectfully asked that the visitation and funeral services be in attendance of adults only due to COVID-19 restrictions; we have a limited guest count. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Querido Eduardo. Fuiste un ser de luz que iluminó a todos los que te rodearon. Descansa en paz con Dios y todos tus seres queridos que se adelantaron.

The legacy you'll leave behind? Unmatched.

The love and emptiness we'll have and feel for you? Infinite.

So many memories yet not enough words.

Rest gracefully for all of eternity Tio.

Love always,
Tu Sobrina

How to say see you later, that’s difficult enough because it’s never goodbye

How does one deal with so much loss and not wonder why? Places visited and so many memories like Venice beach and riding a bike so sandy and I can roller skate the whole length of the boardwalk and camping there. My love for motorcycle with those Kawasaki 750s at Willow Spring race track with our 40 cheese burgers and one coke from McDonald’s - “paying for the soda not the ice” haha fun memories. There is so many more not to mention the F14 and air shows. Your passion for photography with that huge lenses on the Cannon.
All this is what I will alway cherish and our in-depth conversations about logic, reality and what will be. In your passionate voice “Allynson, pero que cosa más bella!” Here we are, this is what we be and it’s hard to imagine no more mechanics talk telling me to school the shops when there fixing my car lol!
What do we do Pops? You were right when you said the pain of loss will never leave you but you must keep pushing when we lost our kid and now push we must again it’s painful.
I love you and thank you for all the lessons and talks, you were perfect in all your imperfections, you were of the world not in it and no one soul holds you as you’ll for ever an emblem of love, hope and virtue. I pray you keep us as united as ever even in your absence and thank you for being our Pops, you were not a perfect man but you were the Father we need. Forever in my heart I will carry and keep you!

I can't let a day pass by without honoring the first man I have ever known to show me the way. Words cannot express the gratitude and love I have for this man. I have so many memories and lessons that we shared together. Thank you for being the hard working loving man you were. Love forever and always your son.
Love David
