Edward Felix Williams

"Specialist Second Class Edward "Ed" Williams, U.S. Army (Ret.), passed away peacefully on July 15, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on September 12, 1935, in Detroit, Michigan, he proudly served his country during the Korean War.

After his service, Ed married the love of his life, Martha, raising two beautiful children together. During his life, Ed devoted himself to family, work, and his woodworking hobby, recreating beautiful pieces of furniture, designing clocks, and even crafting the piece he will be laid to rest in. He retired from General Motors after 37 years.

He is survived by his daughter, Laurie; his son, Brian; and his four grandchildren, Germaine, Ryan, Taryn, and Mara. A burial with full military honors will be held at Palm Mortuary in Henderson, NV. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Wounded Warrior Project in Ed’s memory."
