Elaine Campbell Scotten, age 81, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022. She was born September 2, 1941 in Kansas City, Missouri.
She was a beautiful soul. Very kind, smart, creative and adventurous. A wonderful listener. She loved art, photography and travel. She had such an energy for life; her eyes looked everywhere not wanting to miss anything.
