

Elizabeth is survived by her devoted husband, Romeo Pablo Sr., and their children Julie Pablo (Charlie), Romeo Pablo Jr. (Phet), and JR Pablo (Becky). She was a proud grandmother to Dylan Pablo, Joshua Duncan, Noah Pablo, Naiomi Medrano, Arianny Pablo, and Julien Vitello. Elizabeth also leaves behind her siblings Gerald Dombrigue, Pepito Ruiz, and Roger Ruiz. She was predeceased by her beloved mother, Anita Ruiz, and sisters Ruby Menor and Charito Ruiz.
Elizabeth retired from Dole Hawaii and SkyChef Las Vegas, where she made many lifelong friends and dedicated years of service. A passionate bowler, she also served as the secretary for the Fil-Am Bowling League at South Point. After retiring, Elizabeth and her husband fulfilled their dream of building a home in the Philippines, where they enjoyed the peace and beauty of their new life.
In her free time, Elizabeth was an avid dog lover, skilled at sewing, and enjoyed completing DIY household projects. She also found joy in playing casino slot machines, where she often spent hours with a smile on her face.
Elizabeth’s family and friends will forever remember her for her kind heart, strong work ethic, and her unwavering love for her family.
A memorial service will be held at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123, on April 11, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. In honor of Elizabeth, family and friends are encouraged to wear her favorite color, Burgundy/Maroon, though it is not mandatory.
Elizabeth’s love and light will be missed but forever cherished in our hearts.
