Emilia N. Nieveras, 70, of Las Vegas, passed away Feb. 7, 2012. She was born May 28, 1941, in Luna, La Union, Philippines, and resided in Las Vegas for 8 years. She retired from nursing in 2001. She was married for 45 and a half years. She was preceded in death by her father, Flaviano Nuesca. She is survived by her loving husband, Alfredo; daughters, Emma Lynne (William) Towne, Jo Ann (Richard) Wright, and Sarah Jane (Timothy) Labonte; three grandchildren, Lauren, Billy, and Elizabeth Towne; her mother, Catalina Nuesca; and brother, Ricardo Nones.
