Enrique is survived by his wife Patricia Melnick; sons Jonathan (Christie) Melnick and Joshua (Karima) Melnick; daughter Galit (Robert) Adams; grandchildren: Elijah, Rylee, Sophie, and Liam; brother Samuel (Rebeca) Safan; and sister Betty (Boris) Bergmann.
A funeral service will be held Monday, October 9, 2023 at 2:30pm at King David Memorial Chapel & Cemetery, 2697 E.Eldorado Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89120. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at King David Cemetery, 2697 E Eldorado Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89120.
