She was born December 17, 1929 in Maud, Oklahoma to Ray ad Ada Clark. She found her partner for life at the age of 19, when she married Fletcher d'Orsay of Monahans, Texas.
Evelyn finished 13 years of schooling, one of which was one year of college.
She was a stay-at-home wife and mother until 1966 when the family moved to Las Vegas from Redtop, Missouri. Then, she got a job at a bank doing clerical work.
Evelyn always had a smile for everyone.She loved God, her family, friends, and her church. She loved to read and work crossword puzzles.
She is survived by wo daughters, Marilyn Golla and Sherry Newcomb. Also two sons, Joe d'Orsay and David d'Orsay. She had 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Evelyn is also survived by her sister, Lois Grant.
Services will be held on August 18, 2016 at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 South Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89123. Visitation will be at 9:00 AM, Funeral service at 10:00 AM, followed by a Graveside service at 11:00 AM.
