Felicitas Poblete Krotov

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on May 7, 2023, at Palm Eastern Mortuary & Cemetary with Pastor Mariano Ordonez officiating.

Felicitas was born in the Bicol region of the Philippines to Delmacio and Enemicia Ojano on February 25, 1928. She was married to Carlos Poblete, Sr. until his death in 1975. She moved to Las Vegas in 1978. She married Valentine (Wally) Krotov in the 1980’s. She was a passionate dancer and dance instructor of swing and western dances in the Philippines. In Las Vegas, she participated in a group that preformed traditional Filipino dances. She enjoyed playing bingo and was an expert at playing multiple cards at once. She was an excellent cook and active member of the Presbyterian Church of the Living God in Henderson.

She was preceded in death by Carlos Poblete, Sr., Valentine (Wally) Krotov, and son, Ernesto Ojano. She is survived by her children Danilo and Ofelia Ojano, Carlos and Lynda Poblete, and Virginia (Gigi) and Andy Borgna. Grandchildren Arnel Ojano, Bernadette Santos, Lousito Ojano, Danilo Ojano Jr., Jeanette Ojano, Jeniffer Fajardo, Christopher Ojano, Naydia Talactac, Erin Poblete Roeker, Nathan Poblete, and Chase Borgna.

Great-grandchildren Kirstine Anne Santos Era, Kristiane Lester Santos, Khimberly Santos, Karl Santos, John Louie Ojano, Janna Luiza Ojano, Janna Eliza Ojano, Danice Ojano, Kal-el Ojano, Johnrick Fajardo, Amara Talactac, Joseph Calabria-Roeker, Bella Calabria-Roeker, Caydence Roeker, and Nolan Roeker.

The family of Felicitas wishes to extend their gratitude to the caregivers at Benevolent Heart; to Erlene her hospice nurse; to the Palm staff; and to friends and family who made her feel special and provided emotional support.
