Florence Stein, 88, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018. She was born on February 2, 1929 to William and Tillie Friedlander (nee Goldstein) and was a Las Vegas resident since 1997. She is preceded in death by her parents and Philip, her beloved husband of 67 years; brother, Jack Friedlander; and sister, Dorothy Greensher. She is survived by her son, Richard Stein of Saugus, CA; daughter, Marlene Birch (Eddie) of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren, Matthew, Tracie, Kelly, and Corey. Funeral and burial services will be held on Tuesday January 16, 2018 at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, NV. Family requests that memorial donations be sent to the charity of choice. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
