Frances Rubinstein, 94, a retired bookkeeper for the Jewish National Fund, of Henderson, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
Frances was born on September 21, 1928 to Anna (Gerstein) and Jacob Rubman. Services were handled by Louis Hirsch & Sons Funeral Directors of Mount Vernon, NY. Graveside services were at Cedar Park Cemetery, Emerson, NJ. King David Memorial Chapel assisted with the arrangements.
