

Born the beloved daughter of Victor and Anna Urban on October 14, 1957, Fran grew up in Brooklyn and attended Midwood High School.
She started a family, became a dedicated mother to her loving children John and Lauren, and later made their home in Staten Island.
Fran was especially happy to be a grandmother and was devoted to her granddaughter, Juliana. She was very proud to watch her grow up.
Fran enjoyed spending time with her children, granddaughter, family and friends, and was well known for her delicious cooking. She always made sure to put together a delicious meal to celebrate birthdays, holidays, and other events for the people she cared about. She loved dogs and animals, especially her pets Rocco & Zeus.
During her career she worked for several local companies including Colonial Answering Service and Courtesy Ambulette Service, the latter of which she was the Office Manager.
She is survived by and dearly loved by her son and daughter-in-law John & Stephanie DiIorio, daughter and son-in-law Lauren & Nick Petrecca and Granddaughter Juliana Petrecca.
She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law Vickie & Alfred Altadonna, brother and sister-in-law Tony & Melissa Urban, brother Nick Urban, aunt Mary LoBasso along with her many nieces and nephews.
