FRANCIS RUSSELL Amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother-in-law and friend, Francis "Frank" Russell, 73, of Henderson, passed away Feb. 28, 2011. He was born June 15, 1937, in Philadelphia, and was a five-year resident of Nevada. Frank was a former Philadelphia resident for 68 years, where he retired as a police detective after 30 years of service. Frank is survived by his wife, of 48 years, Grace Russell; his sons, Michale (Kitty) of Pennsylvania, and Steve (Lisa) of Las Vegas; and grandchildren, Matthew, Alexandra and Jenna Russell. Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Monday, March 7, at St. Francis Assisi Catholic Church, 2300 Sunridge Heights Parkway in Henderson. The family requests gifts and memorials are in the form of donations made to St. Francis of Assisi.
