Frank was born on October 16, 1931, in New York, NY, to Fay (nee Jaffe) and Albert Gruber, and has been a Southern Nevada resident since 1979. He is predeceased by his parents and Patricia Gruber, his beloved wife of 48 years. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Rego (Walter); son, Andrew Gruber (Julie); four grandchildren, Shannon Luzaich, Christopher Luzaich, Alexander Rego and Travis Rego (Heather); and three great-grandchildren, Mason, Lincoln, and Brayden.
